About Me
Haleigh Kelley
Welcome! I am Haleigh Kelley, a Samtalsterapeut with specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I am a level 2 AEDP therapist and level 1 Coherence Therapist.
I found myself in the field of counseling quite by accident. At four years old, I said that when I grew up, I wanted to be a mom. In high school, I realized that I wanted to care for others, and decided that I wanted to pursue nursing school. Unfortunately, some physical injuries made that impossible, and that’s when I found my way to counseling, something that includes the nurture and caring I wanted to be able to provide. I consider it an honor to work with others through some of the most painful and meaningful parts of their lives.
My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, strength-based, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for you to explore your challenges and find healing.
I use both AEDP and Coherence Therapy to help others get to the heart of their suffering. Instead of talking about symptoms, we explore them together safely from a bottom-up approach. My hope is that you will get to know yourself and the root of your sufferings and together we will help you find greater wholeness.
